Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the specific items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered or removed.
Verification and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's serial number and condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
